Chop coriander\u00a0leaves.<\/p>\n<p>Into a little oil, add grated onions and saut\u00e9 till they change\u00a0colour.Mix all the dry masala powder with a little water and add to the\u00a0onion. Saut\u00e9 in low flame. Add tomatoes and saut\u00e9 again. Add potatoes and\u00a0sprinkle little water.Cover an cook for 5-7 minutes. Open the lid add\u00a0bhindi. Do not add any more water. Add salt, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes\u00a0in low flame.
