Add leeks and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use garlic press to prepare the garlic and let it stand for 10 min ( to increase nutritional value)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add broth, potatoes, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove bay leaf. Knoblauch pressen und 10 Minuten ruhen lassen (um den N\u00e4hrwert zu erh\u00f6hen).\n3.  Br\u00fche, Kartoffeln, Knoblauch, Lorbeerblatt, Salz und Pfeffer hinzuf\u00fcgen.
