Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sausages\/olives into rings.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and saut\u00e9 for few minutes until onions become translucent. Add sausages and fry for 1-2 minutes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3.) Add 400g of the canned tomato and the other cut veggies.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4.) Add water so that amount is in good balance with amount of veggies (usually around 1 liter)<\/p>\n<p>5.) Add spices and adjust quantities according to your taste (esp. Salt and Chili)<\/p>\n<p>6.) Cook for approximately 20-30 minutes until all veggies are cooked.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>7.) When serving in a bowl for one person, add a ring of lemon and a tablespoon of yogurt\/sour cream.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8.)
